Verifactu QR built into business management

Adding the Verifactu QR to your invoicing is a specific need, but how it fits into your company’s day-to-day work matters too. Regifactu brings invoicing, management and finance together on one platform, with ERP and CRM. To assess implementation, we first need to understand how you work and what you need to connect.

The Verifactu invoice QR in your invoicing workflow

Before planning the project, it helps to outline the process you want to cover: where sales information is prepared, who approves the invoice and what other tasks depend on it. You don’t need to write a technical specification; just explain how you work and point out where manual tasks or duplicated data arise.

In Regifactu, the issued invoice includes the verification QR as part of the invoicing process. You can find out more about this feature in the VERI*FACTU solution. Discussing implementation helps place it within your wider business management, rather than treating it…

Invoicing on a shared platform

If you’re looking to bring together tools you currently use separately, Regifactu connects sales, invoicing, finance, customers and operations. Its architecture lets you activate features to suit your organisation’s needs and expand the platform as your business changes.

It’s not just about how the code appears on the document: it’s also about the information your team uses to work. The business management platform brings processes and data together so every team has consistent, traceable information.

Define what the project should cover

To prepare a proposal that fits the way you work, share these details:

  • How you currently prepare and approve invoices.
  • Which tools are involved and which ones you need to connect.
  • Which manual tasks or duplicated data you want to address.
  • What you need to solve now and what could be added later.

For specific processes, Regifactu combines its platform with custom development. We assess these needs as part of the project: explaining the outcome you want helps distinguish platform features from the development your case requires.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Verifactu QR?

A code printed on every invoice that links to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) portal to check that the invoice record exists. The invoicing software generates it, not the user.

Do I need to do anything for the QR to appear?

No: Regifactu adds it to each invoice PDF when the Verifactu module is active. If you change the invoice template, the QR still appears in the position set by the rules.

Does the QR replace the signature or hash?

No. The QR is the visible part; the linked hash and invoice record make the system valid. Regifactu generates all three for every invoice.
