Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Bitcar Home SL wants this site to be usable by everyone, whatever their abilities or browsing technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and Law 11/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility of products and services.

This statement covers the site's public pages.

Steps taken

· «Skip to content» link, first in each page's focus order.
· Semantic structure, with one top-level heading per page and a clear hierarchy.
· Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
· Labels and alt text for navigation, forms and images.
· Honors the system preference to reduce motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
· Responsive design with no horizontal scrolling or content loss when zoomed.

Known limitations

This site has not yet had a full, independent accessibility audit. We therefore do not claim full AA compliance: we state what we have done and what we have not yet checked.

The measures above are implemented and checked on published pages. We have not formally assessed all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria—for example, contrast in every state, screen-reader behavior and zoom at 200%.

After the review, we will publish any barriers found here and the expected fix date. Until then, use the contact channel below to report obstacles; we will respond.
