The company may change these terms in response to changes in the law, technology or the service itself. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

Contact form
The site has a form for information requests. By using it, users confirm that the details they provide are accurate and that they are entitled to share them. How this data is processed is explained in the privacy policy (/privacidad).
The form uses anti-abuse measures —a proprietary spam check and submission limits per IP address— solely to prevent automated or malicious use.
Sending a message does not in itself create a contractual relationship or require the company to provide any service.
Professional area
The site has a private professional area at /b2b/, for authorised customers, distributors and partners.
· Access is granted following an application and approval by the company. There is no open, automatic registration.
· Login details are personal and must not be shared. Users are responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity carried out using them. They must promptly report any suspected unauthorised use to regifactu@agoraflor.es.
· Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, including the tax details of the company they represent, and confirm they are authorised…
Site availability
The company aims to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. It may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or technical issues, giving notice where possible and minimising disruption.
Intellectual property
The legal notice (/aviso-legal) applies. Access to the site or professional area grants users no rights to the software, documentation or content beyond the intended use.
Liability
The company is liable for damage directly attributable to it under the law. It is not liable for damage resulting from users’ misuse of the site, unavailability for reasons beyond its reasonable control, or linked third-party content or services.
Information about regulations —including those relating to VERI*FACTU and the regulations approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023— is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force, and the affected provision will be replaced by one with an equivalent effect that complies with the law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Córdoba, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the court specified by consumer protection law will have jurisdiction.
The owner is not a member of any alternative consumer dispute resolution body. If it joins one, it will be identified in this section.
We do not link to the European online dispute resolution platform here because it no longer exists: Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and the platform ceased operating in July 2025.
