A supplier’s delivery note arrives. Snap it with your phone and send it to Bitia. She reads the supplier, number, date, line items, VAT rates and total —including import VAT when itemised— and creates the supplier invoice for you.

Always as a draft. Bitia never approves anything on her own: she prepares the work and you sign it off. If the photo is blurred and a figure can’t be read, she tells you and asks for another; she never makes up an amount.

Your stock updates automatically

The items on that supplier invoice don’t stay on paper: twenty-four filters, twelve sets of brake pads and thirty containers go into your warehouse. Bitia reads them and counts them where they belong.
