What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser when you visit. For example, it can remember that you’ve signed in. The term also covers other ways to store data on your device, such as local storage (localStorage) or session storage (sessionStorage).

Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI, Spain’s Information Society Services Act) requires user consent to install cookies, except those strictly necessary to provide a service the user requested.

This site’s cookie notice

The first time you visit regifactu.com, we show a cookie notice with two equally prominent options, each one click away: “Accept all” and “Reject all”. Rejecting is as easy as accepting: both buttons are the same size, equally prominent and take the same number of clicks. You can also open “Preferences” and decide by category.

Until you choose, no non-essential cookies are installed. If you close the notice without choosing, we treat this as rejecting non-essential cookies.

Professional area cookies

The private professional area (/b2b/) uses two cookies, only after you choose to sign in. They are strictly necessary to provide the service you request—keeping your session open and secure—and are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI. Visiting the area without signing in installs no cookies.

__Host-rgf_b2b_session · First-party (regifactu.com) · Keep the user session identified after sign-in. Set as HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict. Duration: expires when you sign out or, in any case, when the session times out (8 hours).
__Host-rgf_b2b_csrf · First-party (regifactu.com)…

How to change your mind

Your choice is saved in your browser, not on our servers, and you can change it at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in every page footer. It reopens the same panel and lets you withdraw consent. Taking consent back is as easy as giving it.

You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which will delete your saved choice and prompt us to ask again.

We’ll ask again if the cookies we use change and, in any case, 24 months after your last choice, in line with guidance from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

What happens if you reject

Rejecting non-essential cookies won’t stop you browsing the site or accessing any content. We’ll simply stop collecting statistical information. You also won’t see ads tailored to your interests.
